Booty Camp Idaho™ is different. It’s hard. It’s demanding. It’s Fun. Each one-hour fat burning outdoor routine works the entire body with moves that bring about a lean and defined body. It starts with documented “before” evaluation that gauges your shape from the beginning (so you can see your progress and achievements!). You’ll be surrounded by other woman who, just like you, wants to make dramatic changes with their physical and mental well being. The Certified Instructor will challenge you to push yourself to reach new fitness levels, and have fun doing it!


Booty Camp Idaho™ is designed with safe and effective exercises that consist of high intensity drills, such as jumping jacks, squats, lunges, plyometrics, abs, interval training, cardio, body weight resistance, balance, flexibility, and exercises with simple equipment that will quickly produce a lean and strong physique. Your heart rate will be consistently elevated, resulting in extreme calorie burn (up to 800 calories) that leaves you feeling energized and ready for the day. (Modified exercises for all fitness levels!)

Classes take place on an ongoing basis. You can start anytime and take as many or as few classes as you like (the more, the faster the results! 6 weeks recommended)

What to Expect:

Sign up: Sign-up is on a first-come first-serve basis. There is a maximum of 20 people per class. Be sure to sign up early by sending your info (name, number and time desired) to bootycampidaho@yahoo.com or call (801) 792-9106 as classes are expected to fill up.

*Optional* Meet with instructor for evaluation and testing to determine a baseline to follow your progress through your Booty Camp Idaho™ experience. Also, get any unanswered question met to best help you understand what to expect.

Running shoes
Water bottle
Exercise mat
Pair of 3-10lb. dumbbells
Jump rope ($5 at Wal-mart)
Layered attire for outdoors

Weightlifting gloves (optional)

Discount Packages Available:
18 Sessions: $14/Class ($251 -6 week course)
6 sessions: $17/Class ($102 two weeks)
